First do the steaks (and as usual let them rest wrapped in aluminium foil) and then prepare the sauce in the same pan:Deglaze the sauce with red wine and reduce. When it's getting thick, season with salt and pepper, add Creme Fraiche and maple syrup. Then unwrap the steaks and pour the contained sauce into the pan and mix. |
